Important Update: App and OTA Hardware Upgrade on April 24

We are excited to announce an upcoming upgrade to both the app and OTA hardware for the anyfree Hello Doorbell, scheduled at 7 pm Thursday, April 24, 2025 (GMT+8). This upgrade is mandatory and will be rolled out in two phases: the app update and the OTA hardware enhancement.

1. Optimized Power Consumption

This upgrade includes key improvements designed to reduce the power consumption of the anyfree Hello Doorbell significantly. Users can expect reduced energy consumption, minimized recharge frequency, and lowered long-term operational costs.  

2. Enhanced Motion Detection Logic

We’ve refined the motion detection algorithm to improve accuracy and responsiveness. The update reduces false alerts triggered by environmental factors while ensuring critical events are captured reliably.
